Our Story

Built by players who missed the couch co-op era.

Shadow Infinity Trail opened its doors in a converted Smith Street warehouse in 2021, wedged between the roastery and the record shop. We wanted a room that felt like your mate’s garage — chalk on the walls, mismatched armchairs, and hardware that never makes you wait.

Every station runs a hand-tuned RTX rig, and our staff are all ranked players who’ll happily coach a new starter or seed a bracket. Between rounds, the cafe pours single-origin coffee from Fitzroy and slings toasties until midnight.

  • Locally owned, Collingwood born
  • No membership required to walk in
  • Coaches on the floor every night
  • Fully accessible ground-floor venue
How It Works

From footpath to first match in four steps.

No app, no faff. Walk in or reserve ahead — here is exactly how a night at the Trail runs.

  1. 1

    Reserve or roll in

Book a station online or just show up. Weeknights usually have room; Friday and Saturday we recommend locking a seat in by 6pm.

  2. 2

    Chalk your handle

Sign the big blackboard at the bar, pick your rig or pod, and our floor crew loads your library and syncs your logins in under five minutes.

  3. 3

    Play, fuel, repeat

Hourly and block passes never expire mid-session. Order coffee or a toastie straight to your station and keep the run going.

  4. 4

    Bank your trail

Clock out at the bar. Hours roll into your loyalty card, and tournament points climb the leaderboard chalked above the counter.
